How a session goes
Reception asks where you're sore and how much time you have, then matches you with the right therapist and room. Most guests change before their session; sessions that don't need a change of clothes (foot massage, some facials) start right away. Chrysanthemum tea and Herbalism seed snacks come with every session, short or long.
